yes the company and the transfer agent know how many shares were converted. but nobody but the convert holder and his broker knows how many shares were sold. and nobody, unless they know the convert holder, knows which broker he is using.

anyone can speculate based on volume, or form t trades, or this mm doing this or that... but nobody knows for sure. anything else is pure speculation.
