SK's words that AVID expansion would be completed July 2015 which is already 18 days late or his partnership is coming to fruition in upcoming year which is 230 days late and counting. Notice the lack of a question mark. Having top people in the know jump ship and give up their boatload of options 20 months into Sunrise such as Chris Keenan and then the foresight of mgmt to not even have a PR and IR firm in place while selling ATM shares near 52 week lows speak volumes. As usual price retreats when mgmt can't produce a PR everyone is waiting for. The stock wants to run but .....

PPHM THE COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN LOOKING TO ADD QUALIFIED BOARD MEMBERS SINCE 2010 YET CAN'T FIND A MATCH WITH THE CURRENT CREDENTIALS OF OUR BOD AND THEIR PENNY STOCK PEDIGREE. 75% OF THE BOARD HAS/HAD TIES TO PATRIOTIC SCIENTIFIC WHICH NOW TRADES AT 3.8 PENNIES YET THE COMPANY CLAIMS TO HAVE AN INDEPENDENT BOD.
