Questions for the Management Team of Peer to peer Network

Organizational Structure

1. On the OTC Market page it lists Chris as the CEO and Scott as President is that the complete list of officers and directors?

2. What are the salaries of the offices

3. You recently sent out a press release that Dana Lang has come aboard as CTO is that a fulltime position and is he actually listed as a corporate officer?

4. Chris since you have some potential federal legal problems what if any thought has been given to your successor in case you become incarcerated.

5. At the present time does Code 2 Action have any marketing or sales personnel? If yes how many and what are their qualifications?

6. Is the basement at 45 central St. Peabody Ma. the only office?

7. How many classes of stocks does Code 2 Action have?

8. And what was the reason for having a preferred stock and who and when was it issued? Was there a time when two invested were issued stock one preferred the other common in the same week let’s say on 5/14/15 to a John Pellerin and on 5/18/15 series A preferred stock one with voting rights one without? 10.If how many account are you presently servicing and how much revenue is that generating?

11.Is there a support staff that handles the mobile marketing platform?

12.The Mobicard sales stream is being sold as a white label product by some of the investors how many resellers are there on the team?

13.How much revenue is coming from this stream?

14.Code 2 Action also has its own website what is the breakdown of the

* Free Mobicards

* The $7.99 version

* And the enterprise packages

* When was the site launched

* What is the total number of Mobicards in service

* Are we still trading the rent for the basement for the Mobicards used by Century 21 Northshore?

* If not what is that account generating each month

* At the present burn rate how many Mobicards will you need to sell to break even?

* How many hits and signups are coming from the web site.

1. Do we have a marketing plan with an actual budget?

2. Is the present business able to fund a marketing budget and what is the time table
