Just one or two more, if I may. We had about $1.5 million in cash, if I recall, what I saw on the balance sheet. Are we going to have to do any financings before the merger? Or are we going to be comfortable through the merger?

Bold statement right here. I hope this works out because to me this is the biggest question mark because you are depending on people signing settlements and then paying the A/R.
