Frank Kristan "the Company" was, and is, never going to buy-back stock.

This was a ploy to get investors to buy stock at $0.0002 and dream about their returns when he bought them back at $0.01.

I am sure plenty of people were thinking: WOW! If I "invest" $1k @ $0.0002 I will get 5M shares, and when Frank buys them back from me I will have $50k.

It never made any sense and it was never going to happen.
