Would it surprise anyone if we find out that Manny and Minetti are part of one of the buy-out groups?

Now that they are no longer part of BPZ, are they still eligible for a golden parachute due to a change in control?

If they show up on the management team or board of Zedd or Zorritos, would they have effectively take BPZ private?

Does anyone know? That would be classic !
