I predicted he would pull this stuff after he got out of San Diego. Leading up to the CC, he was mentioning this so-called partnership deal over and over. After the Comic Con, they are at summer conventions and he admitted on FB that there is no major revenue before November. Before the CC, he said a deal just had to be signed off and it would mean immediate big revenue. That was one of his final statements that may cost him big. It kept shareholders in this right before the conversions destroyed the stock.

I believe this was all planned out.
