Benny Powell - You have one final opportunity to do the right thing here. I warn you that if you go against your word and do an R/S this year, then this turns into a criminal investor fraud complaint. And I know how to do that. I have seen iHubbers get a penny CEO indicted for his statements.

You have said that a R/S would be bad for current investors. That was why you raised the AS. If you go against your word, your company will pay an immense price down the road.

And if by chance you end up making a profit off the GSL after a R/S when current investors get ruined, then your company will be mired in civil litigation to take those profits from you. Your kids will never inherit a company because it would be done.

I am aware of a few investor attorneys who are watching this closely. You still have an opportunity to do the right thing here for investors.
