Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. President Frank Olsen Announces Acquisition Of Television Rights From Co-Media

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., May 29, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. (OTC: QBID) President and CEO Frank Olsen announced today announced that Triangle Multi-Media has acquired all television rights from Co-Media, Inc. (CMDA) to broadcast gay and lesbian television programming.
Additionally, the programming agreement with the satellite provider that will broadcast the Triangle Television Network has been amended. Olsen stated, "The existing contract with the satellite provider that will broadcast the Triangle Television Network has been amended to change both the financial arrangements and the broadcast launch date. The Triangle Television Network will begin nationwide 24 hour, 7 day/week broadcasting, via our satellite provider on September 5, 2001. The amendment to the current contract regarding the launch date and financial arrangements are very favorable for the company. These amendments will allow TMM to meet its financial commitments and enable TTN producers to complete the programming necessary for the 24/7 broadcasting."
