This is absolutely correct, shorty discussion is nothing more than a diversion. It's the same game Lumb and Lowenthal have played over and over. They are ruthless at taking shareholder money and pocketing it. Then diluting the stock to the point of collapse, increasing the AS (reload) and more dilution. This one is a perfect example, so is HGLC, who had 2 TRILLION AS!
