Most of the cable plants are 30 or more years old and past their life span.

Fiber is getting cheaper every day and becoming more economical to place. There is very little maintenance with fiber compared to cable. And fibers life expectancy is 50+ years compared to coax cable which is 20 years!

In twenty years most cities will have fiber to the home.

This is a lotto play and nothing more IMO. GLTU
