Yeah we probably do have enough juice to feather the engines here a little with all the coverage this baby is getting. Plenty of new buyers will be coming to the table as people flip out. There will continue to be more buyers than sellers to keep moving up. All we need is the news to confirm it's a go and off we go. Sounds like a plan man. Show me the money$$$
