I disagree. She doesn't just report the facts or state her opinion... she intermingles the two in such a way that it makes things that are her opinion sounds as if they are facts. My guess is that she is being sued by ASTN because she cannot distinquish the difference between statements of fact and statements of opinion:

"Understand that there are differences between statements of fact and statements of opinion. You may be legitimately sued for false statements of fact, but not for statements of opinion. Be careful. You will not be protected for stating, "In my opinion, Senator Squelch is a liar and a thief," unless, of course, your statement is entirely true. I didn't come over here to get into it with Mary or you. But when I saw Mary whinning about some poster posting her personal information, I had to point out it's a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
