Yeah, ummmm, I suspect DaFoleyFelon™'s case manager and unit supervisor had a chuckling chat with TheImprisonedFelon™ about conducting business from prison, including posting promotional blog entries.
Knowing PathologicalDavey™, he will recidivate sometime in the future and more emails will be sent to his case manager and the unit supervisory staff in-box when he is unable to stopp himself from recidivating and trying to CONduct bizness, including promoting his scam pennystock on internet blogs from prison.
I have no doubts that he will recidivate. Anyone who has followed DaFoleyFelon™ knows he cannot stopp himself from doing this.
He is a pathological liar and sociopath. This is why Judge Davila sentenced him to prison AND a mandatory three years of mental health treatment after prison.
Prisons are filled with tons of guys like DaFoleyFelon™ - they never believe what they are doing is WRRONGGG and they also believe that, if it is illegal, they will somehow never gett caught because they think they are too smartt and clever. When caught and sentenced, they still believe they are innocent and blame their lawyers - even when the Court of Appeals kicks their appeal to DaCurb™ and admonishes and threatens sanctions on the lawyer for submitting a frivolous appeal with no legal merit.
There is one thing we can all bank on - DaDaveyFelon™ will recidivate and post stuff on the internet either via the etikallc blog or some other way. In fact, I expect him to find a way to post on iHub by passing messages during visits or in outgoing mail that he getts a stooge to repost on iHub for him - possibly even from his own account (although that would nott only be sent to the case manager and the Taft unit supervisory in-box, that would go to Judge Davila as well with a letter - and also an in-person visit with the director and the legal counsel of the Western Regional Office of the Bureau of Prisons in Stockton for a chuckling chat about DaDaveyFelon™). I'm running upp and down I-5 alla time, and a stopp in Stockton for other than gas is simple. DaFelonDavey™ WILL post something business-related again - furshirley.
Wait for it. The return of MouthyDaveyFelon™ to the blog or another internet ~OUTTlet will occur. It's only a matter of time. He cain't stopp hisself. It's a sickness.
