Hopefully the 10Q will be positive, remember that the price of diesel has gone down so the profit should be increased.

Hopefully we'll also get a clearer indication of the current debt situation and remaining conversions as well some information about investors.

Fingers crossed but no big deal if they do file late - they've also had to contend with audits of the refiled 10Qs from last year as well as a new auditor...
