that was a petty bad base case- lots of assumptiosn. but what is anyone to do, its not like we can see the book, past due schedules or anything.
I do think his assumptions on being extra hard were a little harsh. we will see. If too harsh nobody will ever invest in the banks. This is not just a bad bank but an entire nations banking system we are talking about.
