I mean we did have HUGE volume earlier this month. I think not though since they are still on the ask I assume? I can't view my L2 today, my work computer is finnicky sometimes. However, it does seem like for whatever reason, they don't feel the need to dump at 2. Could be that they're ahead of schedule or that 2 is just too crappy.

At the very least, they might be very close to their limit and can afford to wait for the much more lucrative 3's to be hit.
