Re a ZTE settlement: I’m always skeptical regarding settlement possibilities---that way I never feel bad when they don’t materialize. But in my opinion any settlement with ZTE would not be piecemeal, but rather on a worldwide basis. I almost has to be that way. Thus IF there’s to be a settlement one can easily see the complications involved in addressing the pending and possible future considerations in every country where lawsuits are pending and or future claims exist or could exist
