It appears that it is no longer profitable for the toxic lenders to dump at the bid due to a large spread right now being nearly the same as the discount on conversions. At the same time, nobody is willing to slap the ask having learned in the past 8 brutal months that sooner or later one gets filled at the bid. So here we sit with the dried up volume... Hopefully the filing soon will get things moving.
