Huge news in filing.

On March 10, 2015, a global leader in the development, manufacturing and testing of sophisticated antenna systems meet with the ADTI team (consisting of Raghbir Tahim, Pete Walia and Jeffrey Leckich) to discuss employing ADTI's Low Loss Wideband Phased Array technology to electronically steer (at a reasonable price) their antenna systems. A demonstration of ADTI's microwave beam steering technology at the antenna company's facilities (on-site anechoic chamber) was agreed by all parties to be the next step towards a Statement of Work and contract discussions. This demonstration was originally scheduled for the first week of June 2015; however, as of the date of this filing (August 14, 2015), the Company has been unable to coordinate a date for the demonstration.

On August 11, 2015, the Company had a similar meeting with the major competitor of the antenna system company discussed above and we anticipate feedback on a plan to move forward by the end of August.

The Company is scheduled to meet with Northtrop Grumman Corporation on August 25, 2015 to discuss complimentary applications of ADTI's technologies to existing Northtrop developments. Note that the Company's Vice-President of Marketing and Operations recently retired from Northtrop and is intimate with their programs and the benefits that might be achieved with the ADTI technologies.
