I'll give Solomon a pass on the weather and possibly the beef situation as one time events. However, he has been in the aquaculture biz a long time. I believe he knows the cycles and should have anticipated the inventory shortfalls well before we had to take a profit hit. That's why they need an inventory planning / demand department. This has got to stop being a one man show, stop the micro managing, it is too large an operation for one man, the results show.

Agree Empty, and I am pretty sure that it will come when the MF kicks in next year. They can't hire all employees at day 1.
