Charvey, I wouldn't put too much emphasis on what Perker states. He/she has rarely been correct in the past.

I suspect this stock will rebound on its own merits, and for the time being requires a strong will, patience and most importantly a self belief in one's own due diligence. Personally, I could have kicked myself (like many others here) for not selling out at $5 and above, but I also see the long term potential benefits of holding and accumulating at silly prices (as in what we're seeing now). For those riding out the volatility, we should hopefully (teeth gritted here) be rewarded once news hits of further roll-outs of Magic across other parts of Europe. Magic is expected to be available in Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, UK and possibly other countries before the year-end. That would be an incredible achievement considering we only really started commercial production (correct me if I'm wrong) early this year or was it late last year...my aging memory fails me. With strong traction in Europe, a deal in Asia would be the next news event I suspect shareholders are patiently holding out for.

Speaking of Asia, Henry if you're reading this please consider Indonesia (if you haven't already) as a potential and highly lucrative Asian country in which to strike a deal or two. Indonesia is the fifth largest tobacco market in the world, and currently has around +60 million smokers. Approx 63% of men are smokers. Its a large market in which XXII's low nicotine cigs could have an enormous impact in reducing smoking rates. Some good coverage of it here in a brief Time magazine article: http://newsfeed.time.com/2012/09/12/and-the-worlds-top-smokers-are/
