If this new management is smart, they will steer clear of these guys.

The incestuous relationship between SCRC and known criminals is a scarlet letter that will be very difficult for the company to wash away -- at least not until new Mgmt comes in, which includes not only a new CEO and new President, but also new BOD members.

Why?

Because, for starters, the BOD was fully aware and authorized the paid promotional campaign that BS Schneiderman engaged in w/the criminal homophobe JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and dozens of his fellow criminal CORE members. And even if they didn't know that JOEY Z was a criminal at the time, it was fairly common knowledge shortly thereafter and the company's continued relationship, endorsement, and public support of JOEY Z and the CORE group speaks volumes about the BOD. Either they knowingly endorsed this relationship or they were asleep at the wheel -- take your pick, but neither warrants continued employment w/SCRC as both scenarios point to a violation of their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders.

And, second, because the current president, ADAM BROSIUS, is himself one of the very same non-disclosing Section 17(b)-violating paid promoters that was part of the same gang of promoters as JOSEPH ZAMPETTI that BS Schneiderman engaged to orchestrate that epic P&D a couple of summers ago. But wait, you say, ADAM BROSIUS' name is not in any of SCRC's SEC filings! Not directly, but BLACK CAT CONSULTING is. Go do some DD on this company. You will find that it is essentially a one-man "investor relations related consulting firm" that is owned by -- drumroll please -- ADAM BROSIUS...
