I think you're right on with what soon will be made public about pension reforms and regulations. Further, regarding banking policy, Greece had already in the past doled out money to whomever wanted money and then became unable to collect. I've had Greek business friends to tell me the story about the Government directing the banking policies to allow monies to whomever wanted to borrow money, no strings attached. In the end, an overwhelming majority became u collectables.
