I have been doing hours of research to find every connection there is between HCTI and NTI, here is what I found:
Nanotech Industries and HCTI are essentially the same company; > We own shares of NTI/HCTI > Nanotech is d/b/a ("doing business as" aka "trade name") HCTI, a company they created to be frontrunner for NTI
In fact in an article a while back it says: "Nanotech Industries International expects to change its legal name to that of the DBA in the near future." which means there will no longer be a Nanotech but rather just HCTI, which would mean the company now holds the licence to sell Polyurethane and wouldn't have to be a "licensee".
It is quite clear from this: "Nanotech Industries International Inc. d/b/a Hybrid Coating Technologies “HCT” is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hybrid Coating Technologies (HCTI)."
So trust me folks once the revenues come flowing in the PPS will rocket and revs will be recorded for HCTI. I don't see one problem here and some people have made this a bigger deal than it should be imo, many companies take the DBA to its full advantage.
