I looked through the 10q's and compared to them to the yearly chart. Imo the conversions were all done before June 23rd 2015. It is possible that one still exists because the stated conversion date on the 10q reporting through the end of May had a conversion date after July 30th. Although I need to compare further because it may be included in the subsequent events which was researched earlier by @doebop. However, the offer could have been made for the conversion before the June run up, which would make really good business sense.
