AwwwHaaa.... yes encouraging maybe. Some parts might sound that way. But as we have all seen. After anything encouraging (CARROTS) in a PR or report published. The truth appears a few days later with the truth of a share issuance or increase or toxic deal entered into. Which blows away any of the encouraging (BS) of the previous Carrot.
