Actually Ulysses blast from the past reminded me of when I first did my research on FNDM and saw the red flag and passed. Then, I realized that although it was a gamble the potential was huge and that very negative history was a big part of why these shares have been beaten down to this level. I am a newer investor than most on this board and if this turns out like I think and hope it will, that report actually influenced my decision andhelped provide the opportunity for me, whether it turns out good or bad. Galanis my have a shady past and maybe a shady present as well, but the LAW IS the LAW and it appears that in this instance. NOAH IS THE CROOK and either must settle for a hefty sum or await the decision of the judge.
