Imo besides the problems and obstacles we are all aware of with this company, most importantly at this juncture getting Phase 2 off of the ground with successful results, it should also be emphasized that Big Pharma could very well doing everything in its power for obvious reasons to destroy this upstart company which would include collusion with the FDA.
From what I have read and believe, in many instances Big Pharma rules and has ruled when it comes to matters which could infringe on its profits.
