INCC-has-water???….no,,not-really,just-another-letter-that-says-INCC has to do plenty of things that it has always REFUSED or EXCUSED itself from doing.

a well couldve easily been drilled months ago, but INCC found out that Huerfano County could be used as a scapegoat for delays and a great extended storyline…….INCC got 7-8 months out of this water thingy…..and all they have now is a letter that says…….SURE, you can have water, just do these things first……..oh, you have no intention or money to solve these "conditions" then forget about getting ANY water………….

who believes INCC has any intentions of spending money it claims to have????? come on, $3M in private financing announced a FULL year ago, but not one penny spent on ANY venture to date (and INCC has announced about 5 or 6 that they had their hands in………LMFAO)
