There is another option. They could get the share price back up in the $15 to $20 dollar range and some of us will begin to exercise our GALTW shares in 2016, maybe even 2015. I know I will look to convert some (or all) of my shares at that point. As you indicated, those conversions would put some serious cash in the bank for the company.

Yes familyman it is very tight timing, anymore delays and GALTW could expire worthless and I have a lot of them. Would be nice if management could extend the expiry date for us, I believe it to be possible to do so. its worth close to 10million to the company if they are converted.
