Warning to all investors. They just increased their authorized shares and have a ton of convertible debt. This is a cash burning endeavor so before they can secure good financing this will absolutely r/s. I'm not saying this won't run, but if you look at their balance sheet, it's just a matter of time before common stockholders get destroyed. Trade with this in mind. You can't just let your money simply sit in this one. Long term investors, I'd rather see you all not lose your money in the long run on this one. Wait till their balance sheet is in order before investing in this one.
