A screwball, who has not one iota of an idea about running a real company, is in charge! Perfect! Need I say more! Kimmel is so "in over his head" it is pathetic! Think about it...one of his BVAP Board members is his brother-in-law, who is a young (less than 30 years old) sales rep for ADP. Sounds like real Board material to me! Forget the "title" announced in the 8-K, Josh's brother-in-law has five years of sales experience, but Joshie gave him 2 MILLION BVAP SHARES to be a Board member! Can you say "incestuous"? At the time the 2 MILLION SHARES were probably worth at least $100,000!

What a nice brother-in-law!

P.S. A note to Josh Kimmel: Please update the BVAP OTC Markets company webpage! For one...the Board of Directors is either screwed-up or you forgot tell everyone about any changes! The SEC "loves" this kind of error!
