I agree. Why can't we be seen as, if not on, at least closer to ACTG level? They are at 3X Sales. That puts NEW Marathon at a $78m Market cap based on the pro forma TTM revenues (with the benefit of a much lower tax rate. The Market loves inversions like this, if only we were in ANY other sector).

I am sure they must be planning to have new European listed shares as well which will open us up to a whole new set of potential investors.

I am interested in the call and want to hear why the Uniloc guys think now is a good time to go public with the sector so out of favor
