I will for one post pound my chest in bravado
Recall I kept asking what the help does it mean to release the material to A COURT
Now we know
The material Fairholme wanted released to THE circuit court from discovery in the CLAIMS court was released to Fairholme in the Circuit court. Fairholme can then share it with those who are allowed to see the protected material
Perry aside from this direct request to see the stuff - flat out as a co plaintiff ------------- appears later on to say they are also asking separately to be appointed "one who can see these protected materials" (I made up that name but that is in essence what must happen via that route)
Summary
Claims court and Circuit Court are separate SILOs .............
and
A "Court" can not receive a document - it must be "some party standing before that court as plaintiff - appellant - defendant - etc.
That is my read
And I do expect Perry will win one or both of the methods/ways it is using to get these documents - and I assume they show the GOV was "not fully forthcoming and complete" --- i.e. they lied
