I doubt the market will give a flip if we don't get the Fresno deal. The only ones that will react are the weak hands and who cares. On the other hand when we get the contract I think the market will react positivly. The weak hands that have already bailed will be chasing the PPS however it will be to late.

I really don't think the market cares about lost deals nobody looses money, nobody gains money so why bother to react. It's just business, you don't win everytime. On the other hand landing one contract worth 10 mill will get peoples attention.
