IMHO I think Eds biggest flaw as a CEO is the inability to accept the responsibility for his actions/inactions. He consistently blames shareholders and this board for failed deals/investors backing out. A real CEO would accept responsibility and then do something to FIX THE PROBLEM. Ed continues to sit on his high horse dragging along poor investors and their hard earned money.
