If it is those people are in for a rude awakening.. We will see how bad the share structure has gone up since last quarter here shortly.

That press release is just like all the ones before that all fluff and no substance.

Even if they do pull through on one of their fluff pr's they will more then likely have to R/S the shares and start over.
