Pencil2Sharp: With all due respect for cdams and his negative posts, he has his own perspective and beliefs. The problem is with Itonis' management. I have been invested in Itonis for over seven years starting with prior management. The problem with current management is a lack of good business acumen and vision. They should have followed their original corporate goals and purchase a small, growing company with their "venture capital" and built a cash flow. Then, they would have the funds and stockholders' support to invest in companies in development. Furthermore, much less stock dilution would have occurred and the PPS would be higher today. Let's say conservatively, .02 to .03 cents PPS. The company could have acted independent of partners' interests and there would have been more products in development. Maybe, Paramount Discoveries, App Rocket and Cloud9 would have developed with additional talent added. These are just my views and opinions. In conclusion, establishing a company with a viable, company plan is essential.
