When are they planning to buy them back? In the future.

Why? They have no money.

So why announce what they plan to do versus what they are doing.

That's for everyone to scratch their head about and say WTF. Most companies buyback shares when they have too much cash. How much cash does EXMT have? 73 dollars. OMG LOL
