This is well said DTL. GRCU needs to have more value prior to the merger, thus why it was delayed in the first place imo. These things will take time and we don't want to rush them through causing mistakes to be made. It will only cause further set backs for the GRCU and the PPS. Like you said before people are buying the unexpected, getting in early. I still think is a while before we see news. Cruz will want to time it correctly with the market. There could be potential to release news now with the market reflecting upward trend for GRCU, however Cruz will not want a repeat of last year. By waiting for the right time, Cruz can hopefully create long term investor confidence many investors once had which you would think would create continued green volume here for the long term.
