I've got to defend Rayo on this one.

We all know Yankee is the man on the street who introduced Kim to WM. So Yankee knew the right people inside WM to make that happen.

So when Yankee said, "Many positive developments via WM will be announced this year." - we can only assume that came from Yankee's friends who are inside the building.

So technically, Rayo is right. It was OUTSIDE information that only CAME from the inside.

So you're both right. See? Can't we all just get along?
