db7...Pete Shuster's resignation......

Didn't Schuster resign?

Yes, officially he resigned on March 30, but I think he "unofficially" resigned slightly earlier than that. But Shuster still remains connected to the company via his role as primary distributor of VODG's products.

My guess/hunch is that Pete Shuster's resignation from his VODG Board of Directors position this year had less to do with the missed forward guidance statement or any negative opinion on VODG's future as a company/stock. Shuster, as a distributor, likes to talk about and promote products his company handles and the companies he works with.

For example, reading Shuster's social media postings about MSC-Gro over the last couple of years have provided me far more information about VODG's activities/involement regarding this new foreign customer supply agreement than anything that VODG has disclosed to date. By monitoring Neuromics/Shuster, an investor in VODG can sometimes gain insight on new products coming or information on specific people/companies that have used a VODG product.

So I think his resignation may have had more to do with past or future conflicts of interest/disclosure regarding VODG's corporate activities.

From the April 29 press release.....

The new business described here was jointly negotiated with our primary product distribution partner, Neuromics, Inc that is headed by Mr. Pete Shuster, who recently resigned from our Board of Directors. We intend to maintain a significant distribution partnership with Neuromics and Pete Shuster as we go forward. Mr. Shuster resigned to allow replacement by a director with considerable experience in clinical studies and we have established relationships with clinicians that may evolve to new Board positions.”

It wouldn't surprise me if one of the clinicians that may eventually take a VODG director position is Ken Oleszek. That is purely a guess on my part, but in a press release last year VODG mentioned the background of some of the clinicians it was forming relationships with and Oleszek's background seems to roughly match that. Also, Oleszek is an advisor on Pete Shuster's new company (Immunolink Therapies)......
