There's no safe harbor for forward looking lies.

There is a safe harbor for forward looking statements which are honestly made.

ALL PRs carried inclusion of ***FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS*** that CLEARLY Explains success **or Failure** is not GUARANTEED and should not be relied on as POSITIVE STATEMENTS......Is that SO HARD to UNDERSTAND, that people somehow get SCAMMED after READING the DISCLAIMER ??????..

People got scammed because the 'forward looking statements' they relied on were lies.

It will be difficult for REVO directors to claim their PRs were honest statements, honestly made, after admitting that all their statements over the past 3 years are 'unreliable.'

To repeat, there's no safe harbor for forward looking lies.

Simple.
