My problem is that NH did not disclose the valuation on the lame excuse that he did not want investors calling the valuation company. I know that makes sense to some but does not make sense to me.

There will always be a problem of some sort. Always.

I noticed there were no questions during the CC about Nasrats relationship with Epic. There is always next CC for that chance.

Meanwhile I will go out on a limb and say that there is no evidence Nasrat is looking to sell this company at this point in time. Sure did not sound like that during the CC. Not even close.
Elite is a ways away in my opinion. It is my impression that he wants to build this company first.

Valuation is just a quick sketch for now. How does one put a valuation on this company before the real money maker comes out?
