No idea, kinda doubt anyone on this forum can answer that truthfully.


I would assume that depends highly on how the deal is wrote out.


Like if they are selling to Vangaurd at X amount per gallon. Or X amount per crate or container type of thing.


If that amount is wrote in a contract, then i would assume it wouldn't adjust. If its flexible for whatever reason then maybe? Depends how the contract is actually wrote i would think.


One perk though, i mean if a company wanted to "rewrite" a contract to lower cost, i would only assume it would require them buying more, aka stocking more stores then 300 with it.


But again its purely assumption, i dont think anyone on this forum can answer that correctly.
