It is very simple actually. Remember... It is either insiders buying who know something.
Or it is a promo team preparing for a hot stock promo thing.

Either is the same results for us. $$$$

And both scenarios are the same process for the buyers. You can NOT buy at ask or it will beat $1.00 plus after a couple hundred thousand shares are bought. They know this. To buy a bunch of cheap shares... You have to sit there and wait for people to sell into the bid. And that is exactly what has been happening for the last couple months.
