The chart presented indicates a July 31, 2015 date for the Welch Group acquisition for $348,000. The actual date(s) of that accumulated acquisition are unknown to this board. Some of the stock may have been accumulated earlier in the year. Therefore the charted presentation of the acquisition date in relation to the graph is suspect and may be materially incorrect. Based on an analysis of volumes the probability of error in the presentation is high.
