In regard to this tight channel we have been trading in for weeks now. And the fact that there has been no news or comment from the company since the denial. Is it possible that were being held in this range until the investors that had to surrender their shares have an opportunity to re establish their previous position at the fore mentioned, minimum price mandated for a Delware Corporation of no less than .001 of par value?

For an OTCBB stock that just suffered a devastating FDA denial, and with such a healthy coalition of bashers that continue to try and drive the PPS into trips each day. How is it we have been able to maintain this current share price ? When will we hear something from management that will move this stock out of this range, up or down.

Or will we wait until all the surrendered shares are re purchased?
