I think the company now has a pulse on this and we will see the Form 13 when it's done. They need their PPS to thrive as an example to potential clients. I've said it before, this is their reference. How do they handle the mistake of toxic debt? How do they recover? How do they communicate? If I am a client or potential client, I am watching this ticker as the gold standard of how the company will handle my public company launch.

This to me is the intangible here.
